Florida civil litigation attorney, Justin R. Payne, represents clients in Brevard County and throughout Florida in foreclosures, property insurance, real estate and commercial litigation.
Before opening his own firm in Cocoa, Florida, Mr. Payne graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2003. He began practing right of law school as an associate for a boutique civil litigation firm South Florida. Mr. Payne gained invaluable experience representing international corporations, publicly-traded companies, and real estate investors, and local businesses, at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Payne served as attorney of record in numerous cases involving business litigation, real estate and construction litigation, property insurance litigation, and mortgage foreclosure matters. The experience gained representing international corporations, and businesses in and out of court is put to use every day for his current clients.
In 2005, Mr. Payne moved to Brevard County to work as an associate attorney at a prominent Brevard County firm with an intensive practice in business and real estate litigation, insurance claim disputes, and foreclosures. After moving to Brevard County, he continued to develope his skills as a litigator working for local businesses, real estate investors, condominium and homeowners associations, over several years serving as counsel of record in complex real estate and commercial litigation matters.
In 2008, Mr. Payne took over the practice of a prominent Brevard County attorney. Mr. Payne acquired the practice of a retiring colleague and court room adversary, while continuing to represent his existing clients. Since opening The Law Offices of Justin R. Payne, P.A., in Cocoa, Florida, he has tenaciously represented his clients in real estate, foreclosure, property insurance, and commercial litigation matters. He now uses his years of courtroom experience and skill as a zealous advocacate for the benefit of his current clients.
